Even in the modern age of Lady Gaga and Paloma Faith, Bjork is still unchallenged as Queen of the eccentrics. However, unlike her kooky cohorts, The Icelandic wonder actually has some talent to back up her quirks. Case in point is this intense live performance, where she gives a passionate and hauntingly beautiful rendition of 'Jóga', a track from her 1997 album 'Homogenic'.

Punch Brothers - Rye Whiskey (Live) [Video]
Punch Brothers, the brainchild of musician extraordinaire Chris Thile (of Nikel Creek fame) returned earlier this year with their second release, 'Antifogmatic'. The album is an immense insight into the sensitivities of bluegrass and definitely worth a listen. The band dropped in to perform on the Late Show with David Letterman earlier this month, giving a lively rendition of their single, Rye Whiskey. If this song doesn't inspire towards a night of drinking, then nothing ever will.

The Tallest Man On Earth - "Love Is All" [Video]
There is something very special about Kristian Matsson, a.k.a. The Tallest Man On Earth. With his Dylan-esque vocals and subtle melancholic strums, the Swedish minstrel is slowly winning the hearts of the folk world over. He released his latest single, "Love is All", this month and the video is a beautiful testament to a great song. The track can be found on his 2010 LP, "The Wild Hunt", which is definitely worth a listen.
